I have come to a final solution for the medical/health care industry here in the U.S..
I am not going into the semantics of why this answer because of the incredible amount of data which I have absorbed over the last 30 years. Lets just say that everyone who has paid any half attention to the situation knows that it is screwed up.
First: Medicare leads the way in price setting. This has to stop. The prices are currently set about double what the services are actually worth.
Second: The hospitals should be returned to municipalities or to the private non-profit charitable institutions most of them once were.
Any takers in this argument. I'm up for it. Are you?
