This is what I look like right after I discover that for at least the last couple of months my wife has been having another internet (at least ) relationship.Funny I just happened to look over her shoulder.

That distended stomach is the result of not enough activity.
I am working on that problem right now.
I will have some pictures of the results to post.
I have the same gut problem. Every time I dust off the jogging shoes, I fall sick.
