Evangilism

If you don't believe that you are forever then the rest of this snippet is not for you.

If you do believe that you are forever then the question is do you want to be assured that where you will live forever will be a place of comfort and not a desolation?

I do not know about what other people or religions say about how to get to this place of eternal comfort and I don't know about even trying them out but I do know that there is a door you can walk through with a simple request.

Say, Jesus save me, Forgive me of my sins.

You skip all the work of eternal salvation other religions say you have to go through. And enter in to a new walk where peace of mind is the norm and not the anomaly.

No matter what else you do or say for the rest of your life it will not matter.

Heb 13:5

Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

John 14:16

And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever;

The rest of your life may not be any more fun in fact it may turn out to be more trouble but the spirit that God sends you will never ever leave you.

You may be alone or parted from men, You may become an outcast, you may be castigated, derided, scoffed, laughed at, but the one whom Jesus sends you will never ever leave you nor forsake you.

You may lose all of your friends your family your associates but the one whom is sent will never ever leave.

No power of hell nor earth nor of this universe will ever be able to separate you from this comforter or from God loving you.

Maybe the comforts of this world would reject you but the comforts of forever await you.

The interesting thing about a promise from God. This world is unable to take it from you. You may lose your faith in yourself your salvation or your abilities but the Fathers promise remains and You will be saved.

It is a gift plainly and simply given and the Father will not take it from you. You cannot return it nor rescind it because you could not receive it in the first unless you had not already been forever picked to forever live a life content.

Another Dragon needing slaying

I have come to a final solution for the medical/health care industry here in the U.S..

I am not going into the semantics of why this answer because of the incredible amount of data which I have absorbed over the last 30 years. Lets just say that everyone who has paid any half attention to the situation knows that it is screwed up.

First: Medicare leads the way in price setting. This has to stop. The prices are currently set about double what the services are actually worth.

Second: The hospitals should be returned to municipalities or to the private non-profit charitable institutions most of them once were.

Any takers in this argument. I'm up for it. Are you?

Might makes right is Wrong

My brother Alan has put a post with a final thought that I have no idea where it came from but I am in agreement with and have thought of for such a long time.

"Might makes right." Balogney. For all of the might in this world the only true test of right is time. That is for men. From the way I see it God is the maker of right and by the Bible He tells us he raises up the evil to destroy the wicked.

Before you get the idea that evil is good remember he also tells us to do no evil thinking to do him a favor. Fact is, it is no favor to the Father at all.

Isa 54:15 Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake.

Isa 54:16 Behold, I have created the smith that bloweth the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy.

Isa 54:17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.

2000 pages of Testimony

Holy Cow, I have decided to put some of my journal in this blog.

If I wouldn't have let my first wife talk me into throwing away my first 10 years or so there would be about 3000 pages or . So you people wanted to know about my life. Here it is. That is if I don't get bored with doing this.

Don't know where the first few pages are to this but bare or is it bear with it for a moment..............

---planer. I didn't see all the nails and so the planer blades had nicks in them.

Well Uncle Louie was some what of an easy going guy as he patiently but with a hint of frustration in his voice told me that I had to be more thorough. So I made a greater effort at diligence and went back over the wood to pull all most all the rest of the nails.

I do not blame myself for missing some of the nails because some were truly hidden from the naked eye.

What I remember most about that moment though is that I have used this as a gage for judging supervisors and in my own dealings with subordinates and have found that people generally responded well and received nominal performance out of them. I can't say that I was perfect but I was satisfied that I had done well enough and wasn't stamping on peoples emotions .

6 Years later I again went to work for Louie at the age of 18 and though we worked long hard hours, I was again treated with respect and encouraged to produce.

It was my first real experience with wood working of any kind and I had become proficient even to the point that I considered myself a craftsman in trimming houses and a good helper and worker.

The hardest part was that by the end of my planned stay was living and working with him and Aunt Martha. 24\7 was a strain yet the profound changes that occurred in me during that time will stay with me the rest of my life.

By the time I left Oklahoma for home(Wis) I had begun to develop an organized and disciplined mind coupled with the do or die attitude I gained from high school sports under the tutelage of such excellent coaches as Jerry Peck ,Thompson, and Larry Hoff, All gentlemen but hard driven to develop excellence in the young men under their charge. All of my coaches were excellent examples to motivation and character set in hard work, preparedness and also the ability to persuade and cajole the most out of a person. Together these men taught thousands of young people the ethics of continuous hard work.

If not for God bringing me into the presence of these I could not have had the fortitude to to hang on to sanity during what was to become the greatest shock to my ideal of myself.

Though many people have suffered greater physical trauma through privations, war, and death. Even the death of my own dad did not change me as much as the incredible realization that God had some very great things in store for me and a ministry which through my own blindness would not be revealed to me until these last few months.

I at first resented my mother for calling up my uncle Louie and setting up the job for me in Oklahoma back in the fall of 1977 but as I write this I realize it was the guiding hand of Jesus in my decision to go ahead and give up the first job I had ever had, one that I was doing well in and was well liked and appreciated. Would have done well in the future in and probably been very successful in the future had I gone on to college at UWS (University of Wisconsin Superior), and pursued a career in Politics or something else I was considering at that time. Still I look back and find Jim Gotham, Dennis Knill, and Scotty Craker 3 more good examples of good hard working men.

But because of my earnest fervent prayers to God when I was 16 or 17 to be more like Jesus and for the sake of the kingdom of God to give me a witness that many others would be brought into salvation I was to take a circuitous route to today and little did I know that the witness was already within me but yet the Father had a more perfect plan than mine. I was to be prepared give it, withstand it, understand it, and completely communicate it.

My whole life has been maneuvered by my most Loving Father and to this end was I born and to this extent have I performed according to the good will of God.

The idea that one man in love with God and a desire to do his will and the works there of could blossom into becoming a sower of seed that by love and many tears for lost souls; and can make a great difference in the world, is not a fallacy but a fact when God becomes involved. Finding out that I could engage God in a great crusade for salvation is shock indeed.

ONE LINERS

Here are a few one liners which you guys out there should learn. Most wives enjoy something romantic coming out of your mouths here and there besides the same ole humdrum that you normally say.

Romantic One-Liners ~ By Victoria Taylor Murray Last edited: Wednesday, September 10, 2003Posted: Wednesday, September 10, 2003
~ My favorite romantic one-liners ~
All love is sweet, given or returned. ~Percy Bysshe Shelly~ Love distils desire upon the eyes, love brings bewitching grace into the heart. ~Euripides~ Two souls with but a single thought, two hearts that beat as one. ~John Keats~ There is only one happiness in life, to love and be loved. ~George Sand~ Love is but the discovery of ourselves in others, and the delight of recognition. ~Alexander Smith~ Love is the beauty of the soul. ~St. Augustine~ What I do and what I dream include thee, as the wine must taste of its own grapes. ~Elizabeth Barrett Browning~ But to see her was to love her, love but her, and love her forever. ~Robert Burns~ When love reigns the impossible may be attained. ~Indian proverb~ To love is to receive a glimpse of heaven. ~Karen Sunde~

Souls

Your soul is not yours but belongs to the Creator himself therefore you truly cannot sell it. But you can lose it....forever. I personally know who can keep your soul for paradise. Call Jesus and ask him to save your soul in his heavenly bank and I guarentee you interest rates out of this world.

Eze 18:4

Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father,
so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die.

You Have a Choleric Temperament

You are a person of great enthusiasm - easily excited by many things.
Unsatisfied by the ordinary, you are reaching for an epic, extraordinary life.
You want the best. The best life. The best love. The best reputation.

You posses a sharp and keen intellect. Your mind is your primary weapon.
Strong willed, nothing can keep you down. Your energy can break down any wall.
You're an instantly passionate person - and this passion gives you an intoxicating power over others.

At your worst, you are a narcissist. Full of yourself and even proud of your faults.
Stubborn and opinionated, you know what you think is right. End of discussion.
A bit of a misanthrope, you often see others as weak, ignorant, and inferior.

Footsteps in the Sand

I have always felt discomfort when someone said they were walking with God. That is simply not true. God walks with you only.

The more spiritual you get the more aware you become of God and the more you should realize that you are not your own, but God's. Therefore though no man alive today can be God, 'you are not God but God is you'.

If you take that one you will have to quote me on it. I would like the publicity.

Think not that God would not kill

Do not be confused in the difference between a natural disaster and men who murder.
God kills with out mercy.

2Ki 19:35 And it came to pass that night, that the angel of the LORD went out, and smote in the camp of the Assyrians a hundred fourscore and five thousand:and when they arose early in the morning, behold, they were all dead corpses.

Not a pleasent thought for those who are spiritual but dwell 'in this world' is it? The day is coming and it is not far off in fact it is easily measured by men today in less than years

Old stuff from my other site

Sunday, August 15, 2004The voice of God
This is my comment to those people that hear a voice in their head they credit as God's.

NOT!

The apostle Peter warns us to test the spirits whether they be of God or not and that no spirit that is not of God can admit that Jesus is The Messiah unless they are of God.

Exo 19:18 And mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke, because, the LORD descended upon it in fire: and the smoke thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mount quaked greatly.

When God makes his presence known to men it becomes obvious, things begin to shake, quake, lite up or burn.

Exo 3:2 And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst, of a bush: and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed.

1Ki 19:11 And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the LORD. And, behold, the LORD passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and broke in pieces the rocks before the LORD; but the LORD was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but the LORD was not in the earthquake:

Luk 2:9 And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid.

Mat 28:2 And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it.

Joh 12:28 Father, glorify thy name. Then came there a voice from heaven, saying, I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again. Joh 12:29 The people therefore, that stood by, and heard it, said that it thundered: others said, An angel spake to him. Joh 12:30 Jesus answered and said, This voice came not because of me, but for your sakes.

Though God makes his presence known to men in other ways by his spirit that works in us and about us using circumstance and by prayer fulfilling our prescient prayers, and prescient words, We have not necessarily heard the direct voice of God because something that came to us in a secret voice came true.

I will not discount that everything that men consider voices external to themselves yet secret to others as not messengers but do not count that these voices are messengers of the most high God. The most high god would send messengers to have us do good unto men not evil. To deliver messages of repentance and warnings of destruction both small and great for not repenting, that is to change ones mind concerning doing evil.

Also remember that in the end all things will have begun and ended with God hence the reason that Jesus told John in the vision of revelations to let them that are righteous be righteous still and those that are evil let them be evil still. That also does not relinquish Jesus command to preach repentance, nor to the old testament writings concerning our responsibility to warn the wicked to repent of their ways and sin no more lest they die in thier sin and then thier blood would be required of us.

My wife is mad

We went to Wal-Mart to do a little grocery shopping. I have been telling her for 3 days that I only had a 20 spot so only the bare essentials could be purchased. Well when we got there she had a whole list so once again I reminded her '20 bucks'. "Oh I at least want a bottle of diet Pepsi. "Ok I said." Bah! She starts putting other stuff in the cart. I was mentally counting up the cost and at about $10.00 I ran down to the pet food and grabbed about $10.00 worth of stuff. I then went back to groceries and found her and low and behold she has an armload of stuff. I told her make her choices cause she wasn't getting any more than 20's worth. AAAnd the debate ensues. She got it through her head after I told her she was going to have to learn to make sacrifices. If the animals needed food she would have to go without. "Starve if you had too"; I said, if that was the descision but there was no way I was spending any more than I had in my pocket.

First I have to say my wife is a lieing butterball. 5'3" 230 pounds she could use some going hungry, but never the less we have a pantry full of food and two refridgerators. WE AIN'T gonna starve not for a month anyway.

Of course I managed to marry another compulsive individual. WTF is my problem that I can't see this before I get involved with them!? This is the last one-forget the visions of long legged women or any other. I would rather die than get involved with another floater if you know what I mean.
They damn near kill me with worry as it is.

Mexicans

I have refrained from critiquing third world antics too much but I have to say something about this.

In my job I often go to brand new construction homes and finish up the installation process. In one particular new 2500 sq ft home I was in a small room installing the ceiling grill when I noticed a strange stench. After I got off of the ladder I looked around and found a coke bottle full of urin, but that wasn't it. There were a couple of other sub-contractors in this house doing some trim work so I mentioned it to them. The one guy said oh yeah. "The Mexicans have been taking dumps in these new homes".

So much for cheap labor. Funny thing is the home that they took a crap in was one of the local builders who hired them in the first place. HAHAHAHAHAHA! Even funnier it was a home he was building for himself. HAHAHAHAHAHA!

You know what though? With all the trouble that builders have had with U.S. labor I wonder if hiring people from the third world who don't know what a port-a-potty is isn't worth it.

Another correction is in order.

The idea that it depends on ones interpretation of the bible to determine the meaning of prophecy is lunacy.

This morning I once again had to hear some whacked out idea based on a particular "interpretation". Some preachers believe that all nations will one day rise up against Israel. Bunk! absolutely nowhere in the bible is it even inferred that the end of this world will include the rising up against Israel.

Why do you people think that Israel has been able to not only hold on but to flourish under the circumstances that they have been put under, considering there has been a tremendous amount of pressure for them to cave if not by God?

How do you idiots think that the temple is going to be built if there is not a Jewish nation?

And what makes you think that there will be some kind of out pouring of hatred against them even after Jerusalem is blasted off the face of the planet? That's right nuked? Right at the temple when the abomination of desolation stands between the pillars. Crack! Flash! Rumble!

Mat 24:15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
Mat 24:16 Then let them which be in Judea flee into the mountains:
Mat 24:17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:
Mat 24:18 Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.
Mat 24:19 And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
Mat 24:20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:
Mat 24:21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
Mat 24:22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

And with what reason do you think the world without God is going to gather it's armies in the valley of Meggedo.

Huh, HUH?! Well? I ain't seen one certified and brevetted preacher or priest get revelations or biblical prophecy right, not one. There must be one out there that makes some sense of this stuff. ONE!

What the hell are the Seminary schools teaching our preachers? S++T. That's what!

I have said this before and I reiterate it again. The educators of our nations preachers and maybe the worlds are nothing but a bunch of pompous, over-educated, nincompoops full of their selves.

The customer is nuts

Do you know why we call a service man to our house? Certainly not because we know how to fix what we want fixed, but because we don't know how to fix what we want fixed. I hate it when a customer starts to grill me about a job I am doing for them; often long before I am finished. What do they think-that when I stop and answer their questions that the clock stops. No! It doesn't. I do like telling them that I answer questions and it is gonna cost them a buck a minute whether I am working on their equipment or talking to them. Which would they prefer. That by the way Steve is why I clamed that my name in Japanese is really Ahhh-so and not what a previous entry of mine said.I don't tend to blame them too much after all most of them are spoiled by the Air-conditioning and now are HOT. Crazy HOT. To which I say have patience because they have just gotten the most persistent and conscientious HVAC tech in this whole region. In fact that may be my main problem. I will try to fix some stuff that should be junked.

Most HOT customers though are pretty well burnt by the time I get there and for some reason don't seem to understand that if they would save the questions until I write the bill that they would get cooooler faster. But NOOO. They have to ask me:Have you found the problem yet? (said with a nasally wine)What is wrong with It? (It is broke I tell them)Do you know what your doing?(which I try from then on to make them feel like I may not just to see them turn blue with fear)How long have you been doing this job?(oh-only since last week, I tell them)How much is it going to cost?(I will tell the next customer that asks that one I have a surgeon on standby for when I finish the work to amputate whatever appendage I deem necessary for payment.)How come it stopped working. (to which I love to say "Oh I don't know, Stuff breaks, gets old, and wears out, people abuse things or it was an act of God".)I know I know I shouldn't be so customer friendly and honest but you know how I feel about lieing. Beside I have always felt that the customer deserves the absolute truth about what I am doing and how I feel about their equipment, after all it is their stuff I am working on. Now if I could just find a way to tell them how I feel about them without making them mad.

For instance one day when a particularly interested customer who insisted that he worked on electronics in airplanes and persisted in trying to tell me how to fix a furnace to which I finally told him to go sit down in the living room I wasn't building an airplane here just wiring up a air handler. The guy freaked and I just don't know why?

How about the time I kept getting called back to the house where a wife with a husband that had alzhiemers kept trying to blame us for her A/C problems until one day I discovered that the husband was going up to the T-stat and shortcycling the unit until it would quit. He had blown up the gas furnace(luckily it was a package unit and the explosion occurred outside). Oh, but no, it was our fault. God...Does that woman know that her life is in jeopardy? NOooo. Can't tell her that either,I tried....... she freaked.

How about the time that I practically saved a woman's life. This is an interesting one. She calls up and says, "if my carbon monoxide detector is going off does that mean my furnace is bad?" I asked,"How do you feel, do you have a headache and feel nauseous?" To which she replied,"Yes I do". I said "Turn off your furnace and go outside immediately and I will come right over". You know when I got there that she was still in the house and still running that furnace. God. Help me have patience with these people. She is a freaking nurse at the hospital. She should have known the symptoms. I checked her furnace and woah. The heat ex-changer was broke and pumping enough carbon monoxide into her house to supply a Nazi concentration camp. I shut it down and then disable it and made her go outside and get some fresh air. Just the couple of minutes I spent in her house made me woosy. She must have been an carbon monoxide breathing alien to still be conscious.C-mon people if you knew how to fix your stuff you would have done it yourself and not called my company.

Get with the program. I know their are schiesters and just plain old morons for technicians out there but are you people so jaded that you can't tell when a sincere technician has showed up to do the work or is their just no hope for America?
